🔍 What Is Our Installment Payment Plan?

Our installment payment option is designed to help you place an order with lower upfront cost, especially for custom or high-value jewelry.

⚠️ Important:
Installment payment is NOT full payment.

When you select Installment Payment, you are only paying part of the total price first, not the full order amount.

💳 How Our 40/30/30 Installment Plan Works

Here’s a simple breakdown:

• First payment: 40% of the total order price (paid at checkout)

• Second payment: 30% (due 10 days later)

• Final payment: 30% (due another 10 days later)

✅ All payments are interest-free
✅ Remaining payments are completed via email payment links

📌 Example:
If your order total is $1,000

• You pay $400 today

• Then $300 + $300 in the next two payments

❗Why Some Customers Get Confused

We’ve noticed two common misunderstandings:

1️⃣ “I thought the first payment was the full price”

This is not correct. The first payment is only 40%, not 100%. When you select installment option, it have noted below, so please make sure it before you order!

2️⃣ “I used Klarna/Afterpay/Affirm installment, so I already paid in installments”

This is another important point:

• Klarna/Afterpay/Affirm installments are third-party financing services.

• Our 40/30/30 installment plan is a store-level payment agreement.

These are two separate systems.

👉 Even if Klarna/Afterpay/Affirm splits your 40% first initial payment, the remaining 60% still need to pay when you pay off 40% first initial payment. 

✅ Our Recommendation (Best Option for You)

• ✔️ If Klarna / Afterpay / Affirm approve your full payment
  👉 We strongly recommend choosing Full Payment and using their installment plans
  👉 This is the simplest and most convenient option

• ✔️ If full payment is not approved by Klarna / Afterpay / Affirm
  👉 Then choose our 40/30/30 installment payment plan
  👉 This allows you to secure your order with a lower first payment

📩 How Will I Pay the Remaining Balance?

After your first payment:

• We will send you email payment links for the remaining 2 payments

• Please make sure to check your inbox and spam folder

• Orders will continue production only according to the agreed payment schedule
